Had the opportunity to bike to work again today. Hasn’t been frequent at all lately, and it’s tough to get motivated to do it (seems <em>so</em> easy to just jump in the car!), but once you do it, it’s a great feeling. It’s not unlike working out. Hard to get to doing it, but once done, you feel so much better.<br />n<br />nIt’s amazing how quickly a routine slips away from your neurons if you don’t practice something for a spell. Could it be called <em>deroutinization</em>?
