Today’s Run

Finally was able to get a run in this morning. No, not the usual excuse of being too busy (though that’s always there, for real). This past week, I had a bit of a cold or some such bug that caused a lot of bronchial irritation, a bit of a headache in the morning, and other weirdnesses.<br />n<br />nSince it was about the first time in a week or so I got out on the trail (the LGCT, or Los Gatos Creek Trail), I took it easy and only ran for about 4 miles, from my usual starting point to the top of the dam at Vasona.<br />n<br />nThe other reason I really felt I needed to go was some accidental overeating (is there such a thing? <grin>) the last two days. Between Rita making comfort food for dinner and pumpkin pie back in season, it’s easy to do.
