Watertight

The crew just left for the day. Big milestone? We’re watertight! Well, about 99% so.<br />n<br />nWe have the house wrap on, all seven sky lights are installed, flashed and taped up, and the tar paper is on. We just ran out of a bit of material, so for the most part, we shouldn’t leak unless we get wind with lots of rain. Forecast for the next couple of days does call for rain, so we get to dry run it (wet run, really, I guess).<br />n<br />nThe fabricator guy, Ed, is working on wrapping up the gutters.<br />n<br />nThe roofing material (the composite shingles) will be delivered late tomorrow, and should be installed probably early next week.<br />n<br />nNext major work will be plumbing and electrical.
