I’ve got dozens of radish seedlings started. My daughter, always counting things, figured that we have about 60 or 70 seedlings now.
n
nThey’re in two different phases, planted about two weeks apart. The second phase was planted in two rows in the same container; I believe there will be enough room for them to grow that way, after thinning.
n
nCheck it out:
n<a href=”https://www.jaworskihouse.com/image_files/garden_closeups_2008/radish_row_mdm.jpg” title=”rows of radishes”>
n<!– s9ymdb:32 –><img width=’165′ height=’220′ style=”border: 0px; padding-left: 5px; padding-right: 5px;” src=”https://www.jaworskihouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/garden/radish_row_mdm.serendipityThumb.jpg” alt=”” />
n
n
n
nHere’s a closeup of some of the seedlings that are doing the best and are the most mature:
n<a href=”https://www.jaworskihouse.com/image_files/garden_closeups_2008/radish_closeup_mdm.jpg” title=”radish seedling closeup”><!– s9ymdb:33 –><img width=’220′ height=’165′ style=”border: 0px; padding-left: 5px; padding-right: 5px;” src=”https://www.jaworskihouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/garden/radish_closeup_mdm.serendipityThumb.jpg” alt=”” />
n
nI have another container that is ready for seeds and I’ll get those going today if I get the time.
n
nUPDATE (2008.08.03 at 10PM PDT): I did get a chance to plant another round of seeds.
n
