Insurance Rates

Allstate sent the annual homeowner’s renewal bill. It was up by 26% over last year.<br />n<br />nI called the agent’s office, “Why?”, I inquired.<br />n<br />nAfter a couple days, a tardy call back from the agent’s office informed me that the corporate office replied that it’s a pure rate increase.<br />n<br />nTwenty six percent. In one year.<br />n<br />nThere were no claims on that policy, ever.<br />n<br />nI am no fan of insurance companies. Never have been. Seems, never will be either.
